Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenfahrer (m/w/d) - Calderys Career Opportunities Careers
Verantwortlich für die Arbeitssicherheit im Anlagenbereich sowie die Einhaltung allgemeiner Sicherheitsmaßnahmen („Safety together“). Bedienung und Pflege der Packstraßen (Sprühtürme) sowie Unterstützung des gesamten Produktionsprozesses von der Rohstoffbereitstellung bis zur fertigen Ware. Mitwirkung am reibungslosen Betriebsablauf, Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit an der Anlage.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
• Compliance: Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien (z.B. Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltvorgaben)
• Übernahme der Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit im Anlagenbereich sowie für allgemeine Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen “Safety together”.
• Bedienung und Pflege der Packstrassen (Sprühtürme)
• Ausbildung beinhaltet kompletten Herstellungsprozess vom Bereitstellungsilo, über den Sprühturm, bis zur abgepackten Fertigware
• Planung und Organisation des Produktionsablaufes
• Mitwirken an einem ordnungsgemäßen Betriebsablaufes
• Qualitätsprüfungen
• Unterstützung der Schicht in allen Bereichen der täglichen Arbeit
• Sicherstellen der Ordnung und Sauberkeit an der Anlage
• Verrichtung kleinerer Arbeiten an den betreuten Anlagen
• Probenentnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
• Bereitstellung von Recyclingmaterial
Profil/ Kompetenzen:
• Interesse für handwerkliche Tätigkeiten
• Grundsätzliches technisches Verständnis
• Allg. IT- und Systemkompetenz Microsoft
• Flexibilität, Hands-on-Mentalität
• Stressresistenz und Entscheidungsstärke
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denken
• Gute Kommunikations-, Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
