THE COMPANY

Karcher Design is a German, second generation familiy owned business. We develop and sell high quality,
designer ironmongery products and their accessories in Europe and North America. We are able to offer excellent sales services to our international customers due to a large team of native speakers. That’s why we are looking for you!

THE PROGRAM:

You have finished school and your‘re wondering, what now? Well then, you need to get to know our unique
German further educational system. We offer a three year program consisting of two days per week at a
vocational school and three days working at our company. The position has a fixed salary, and at the end of the three years, upon completing a final exam, and you will get an official further education certificate.
A German course is also on offer to get you up to speed with the local language.
